In the North End, a neighborhood largely focused on bringing traditional Italian fare to out-of-towners, Vitos’s Tavern is hoping to be a spot where neighborhood residents can hang out. We headed over to the tavern, which soft-opened this Saturday evening, to chat with chef/owner Damien DiPaola (also of Ristorante Damiano) about his concept.
